June has been a resident of Raleigh since 1969 and has witnessed the cities tremendous growth and changes over the years. After buying, remodeling and selling her first home at the age of 24 she became permanently hooked on real estate and for the past 29 years has dedicated herself to helping hundreds of families sell and find new homes in the Triangle.

June is Owner and Broker of McNamara Properties. She started this company because she  believed there was a better way of doing business and has committed herself to building a company that is dedicated to providing exceptional service while helping their clients save thousands of dollars when selling their home.

Since she bought her first home, June has remodeled and sold 25 more. She enjoys keeping tabs on different neighborhoods to find just the right buy. June has taken her success and has helped many customers find opportunities of their own. Her knowledge of Raleigh and her ability to track down the right house has helped her clients profit over the years.

Junes husband Thomas McNamara has practiced law in Raleigh since 1969 and they have raised their four children here. When June is not selling real estate you can find her in her art studio. She enjoys teaching children how to paint and raising money for charities by donating her paintings to the Jr. League Shopping Spree and the Clay Pot Ministry in Durham, NC.

Brian joins the McNamara Properties Team as a Home Rental Consultant. He has spent the last three years managing and owning various investment properties in the triangle. He will work very hard to ensure your property is in good hands and will seek out the best potential tenant that meets your requirement. Brian is also owner of RDUTennis, LLC(www.rdutennis.net) on top of his rental and real estate ventures.

Russell owns and manages a growing number of investment properties in Wake County.  A native of North Carolina, he has lived in Raleigh since 1996 and graduated from NC State University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.

Russell has worked primarily with foreclosures over the past 4 years.  He believes in holding rental property long term and providing high quality living conditions at affordable prices at each of his properties.  He loves to share his knowledge of real estate and help others buy or sell their home.  Russell also enjoys working with other real estate investors. 

In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, Russell works full time as a Software Developer.  While not working Russell enjoys working out, traveling with his wife Carrie, sitting in front of a wood fire, and spending time with his two dogs.
